Sanctum is an AI-powered patient communication platform for holistic health practitioners. It helps practitioners manage patient enquiries, automate routine responses, and maintain a record of patient communications. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service on a subscription basis.
The Service is intended for use by qualified health practitioners and their authorised staff. By using Sanctum, you confirm that you are legally permitted to practise in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable professional regulations and laws.

When you use Sanctum to process patient communications, you act as the Data Controller for your patients' personal data. Sanctum acts as a Data Processor on your behalf. You are responsible for:

Sanctum is offered on a subscription basis. Details of plans and pricing are available at sanctum.support. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Sanctum and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanctum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any clinical purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
